Not only is this festival a celebration of new shorts works, it's also a competition, where you get to play judge! Each night of the opening weekend, the audience will be provided with voting cards, and will choose their favorite piece of the evening. The top three choices from each the 14th and 15th shows will move onto the final performance on the 22nd, where one show will be crowned BEST OF FESTIVAL- with prizes given to the directors and actors.

The story of Moonnight : The venue lately renamed as Moonnight with remodeling, this spacious underground lounge in an Itaewon back alley helped launch Korea's B-boy, Hip Hop and salsa crazes as club Moon-Night and other incarnations and turned out countless Kpop stars in the 90s, which became the seeds for the Kpop dance music scene today. The story of Moonnight in 90s was projected and produced by M.net (a Korean music cable channel) as tv show of 8 episodes called "fiction Kpop Moonnight 90" from November in 2011. And the venue was also introduced as home of Korea's Bboy by Japnase television TBS "Asian Ace". And the venue have appeared in the media including various fashion & music cable channels, etc.
